  3. Shift Your Perspective - This involves reframing your thoughts to highlight the positive aspects of military life and turning challenges into growth opportunities.

  4. “FEED” The Mindset that you Want, Starve the One you do not - Using the Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon. By training your brain to notice and reinforce the positive, you can foster a more resilient and optimistic outlook.
